Dr. Cassidy Foutch is the owner and chiropractor at Legacy Chiropractic. A Florida native, Dr. Foutch is excited to be practicing close to home and continuing to serve the North Fort Myers community through individualized, patient-centered chiropractic care. Dr. Foutch earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and has experience treating patients of all ages and activity levels. Her approach goes beyond simply identifying where a patient hurts. She focuses on understanding why a problem is occurring and combines chiropractic adjustments with soft-tissue techniques, functional movement, rehabilitation, and other evidence-informed therapies to help patients move and feel their best. She has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal and soft-tissue conditions, including neck and back pain, headaches, sports and overuse injuries, and chronic conditions that have not responded to traditional approaches. She also enjoys working with women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period and understands the unique physical demands placed on the body during these stages of life. One of the things Dr. Foutch values most is meeting patients where they are. She understands that every patient has different goals, preferences, and previous experiences with chiropractic care. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she takes the time to listen and develops treatment around what is most appropriate and comfortable for each individual. As the new owner of Legacy Chiropractic, Dr. Foutch is committed to preserving the welcoming, community-centered atmosphere patients have come to know while continuing to expand the services and individualized care available within the practice. Outside of the office, Dr. Foutch enjoys spending time with her husband and family, staying active, cooking and baking, and enjoying everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Dr. Foutch looks forward to welcoming both longtime Legacy Chiropractic patients and new faces to the practice.

Lauren is the welcoming face behind the front desk at Legacy Chiropractic, where she plays a key role in ensuring every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk in. As the receptionist, she manages appointment scheduling, answers questions, and helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Lauren is a Cape Coral native, new to the medical field she is approaching things with great optimism and with an eager to learn mentality! She enjoys any and all outside activities when outside of the office. On of her most favorite is paddle boarding on the local waters with her daughter, Alice.

Yuli is our skilled Deep Tissue Massage Therapist. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the human body to every session. Yuli's approach is highly personalized, taking into account each client's specific needs and health goals.
